Maureen Poorman received her teaching and music degrees from Stephen F Austin University and spent 35+ years in the restaurant business. She opened 125 corporate restaurants worldwide. Mo is now an advocate for scratch-made food and sustainable living. Mo is the owner of Hill Country Cake and a part-time Ideal Protein health coach with Wilson & Sibert Family Chiropractic. She will have some of her product for sale at the meeting.
