September is National Preparedness Month. Stephen will talk about Preparedness basics as an introduction to Emergency Preparedness for those who want to get started, and as a refresher for those who may have lost focus, motivation or who have forgotten certain aspects of preparedness that are needed for a more complete self-reliance profile.

'Mo' brings a wide array of experience to her discussion of nutrition, food preservation and how to eat like a chef. 35 years in the restaurant business, 14 years in health care and a lifetime of gardening, foraging skills, cooking from scratch, canning and baking. She is currently a nutrition coach with Wilson Family Chiropractic.
