Hill Country Preppers meet the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:00 pm at the Kerrville Masonic Lodge 119 Methodist Encampment Rd. Kerrville, TX 78028, USA

The Role of Essential Oils in First Aid and Health & Wellness

Elizabeth Rose is a seasoned traveler and adventurer, having been to 18 countries on trips ranging from Hiking in the Swiss Alps, to Scuba Diving the coast of Florida, to camping in the Rockies, horseback riding and exploring the Frankincense Trail in Oman, and cruising the Mediterranean Sea. No matter where in the world Elizabeth is at, she is sure to have a mini first aid kit with essential oils.

Elizabeth has 16 years of experience as a Natural Health Coach and Lifestyle Coach. Elizabeth works with folks of all ages achieve their goals and dreams, incorporating her coaching course, “5 Keys To A Strategic Lifestyle”. She teaches weekly health classes, and offers one-on-one wellness assessments. She enjoys meeting people and walking with them along their health journey.

Buzzie’s is only open for lunch from 11 am to 3 pm but caters a wide range of events. He is a fellow prepper and a friend and supporter of our educational efforts. We encourage you to support his restaurant and catering whenever you can.

Professor Jeffery Addicott an American lawyer, legal scholar, author and educator.

Professor Addicott is the Director of the Warrior Defense Project at St. Mary's University School of Law St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio. He will have books for sale, bring cash or checks.
